PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING: 

Capacity: Maximum guest capacity is 2 adults and 2 children, in four seatbelts and sharing two beds.   Bike rack included (will carry up to 3 bikes)

Drivers and Verification

Each intended driver must be at least 25 years old, and present a physical, valid driver's license, as well as proof of insurance, covering the rental as stated under "Insurance" below.

This information will be used for a third-party company to perform a background check.

Rental periods and conditions: from 3 to 29 nights.   Unfortunately we do not offer one-way rentals. 

The Serendipity cannot be operated in freezing conditions – therefore plan your destinations accordingly.  

You will be required to provide a general itinerary, 5 days prior to your departure date. 

Vehicle is only permitted within these states:  Washington, Oregon, California, Texas, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana and Idaho.

Pickup and drop off times:  

Pick up time is available between 2pm to 4pm.    Please allow up to 2 hours for full walkthrough prior to your departure.    We offer a half day rate for those that wish to be on the road early (Pick up from 8am) 

Drop off time – 4pm.  

Pricing:  

Our nightly rate is $350 (please contact us for longer term rental rates of more than 10 days.)   This rate includes complete kitchen, bedding and bath amenities.    Just bring your food, clothing and personal items.    

Mileage: rate includes up to 150 miles travel per day 

Additional miles are billed at $1 per mile.    

Generator: Rate includes up to 4 hours of generator use per day.   

Additional generator hours $4 per hour.

Pet Cleaning Fee:    $200

Fuel: Rental must be returned with the same level as provided on departure.  We will charge $4 per gallon plus a $10 service fee to replace fuel when returned with less than documented level.

The Serendipity averages 14-17 mpg.  Plan your refueling stops accordingly.

Smoking is prohibited inside Serendipity.  

Payment: 

Reservation payments are non-refundable and reservation dates are non-changeable.

A 50% reservation payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. 

The 2nd 50% reservation payment is charged 30 days out and is non-refundable. 

A 100% payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made within 30 days and is non-refundable. 

Security Deposit

A $1,200 security deposit will be charged upon pick-up of the vehicle.  

This will be fully refunded upon return of the undamaged vehicle. 

The full refund will be initiated within 72 hours if none of the items below apply. 

Excess miles, fuel, generator hours and extra cleaning or damages incurred while in use.

Additional miles are billed at $1 per mile.    

Additional generator hours $4 per hour.

Pet Cleaning Fee:    $200

Unpaid tolls, driving citations or parking violations

These will be billed at the total plus a handling fee of $20 per item and payable by Renter within 10 days of receipt.

Insurance:  Proof of insurance is required 5 days prior to your departure date..   

Northwest ZenDen must be added as “named insured” on your existing policy for the entire rental period. (see Rental Period Extension below).

Rental Period Extension: Should a rental be available for extension an updated contract may be completed vid DocuSign. It will only be valid, if your Proof of Insurance extends to the period you request.

We recommend you purchase Travel Insurance: Comprehensive trip cancellation and primary emergency medical coverage is not included, but is available through a provider of your choosing.

(We recommend Allianz Travel Insurance).  We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your booking with us, in case you have to cancel your reservation or your trip is interrupted. As your reservation is non-refundable/non-changeable, travel insurance is your recourse should you be unable to complete your ZenDen travels. 

Guests may leave their vehicle at our residence, however, we are not responsible for your vehicle or its contents.
